  • Business Address/Location: Used to geocode coordinate location for calculating lead proximity radius.
  • Trade Selection: Used to match permit categories to your specific contracting specialty.
  • Search Radius and Minimum Project Value: Preferences used to refine matches.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to operate, maintain, and personalize the weekly construction intelligence reports. We also use your contact details to respond to support inquiries, verify your subscription double-opt-in, or manage billing-related matters.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We share information with trusted third-party services only as necessary to deliver our product:

  • Geocoding & Maps: We use geocoding services (such as Google Maps or ArcGIS) to resolve coordinate parameters for your business address.
  • Email Delivery: We share emails and compiled report content with our transactional email server (ZeptoMail) to route messages to your inbox.

We do not sell, rent, or trade subscriber contact lists or location data to advertisers or other third parties.

4. Data Retention

We store your preferences and subscription status for as long as your account is active. If you unsubscribe or request cancellation, your subscription status is marked inactive, and we cease routing weekly digests to your email.
