1. Description of Service

radar.construction provides weekly construction intelligence reports for subcontractors in Miami-Dade County. The reports compile, structure, and format public building permit data for educational and informational purposes. The service does not guarantee contract awards, leads verification, or business outcomes.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

• Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis at $49/month.
• The first three (3) weekly reports are provided free of charge, with no credit card required at initial registration.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email report or through your preferences dashboard.

3. Accuracy of Public Data

Our reports are generated from public municipality databases. We do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability of this public data. Subcontractors are solely responsible for performing due diligence and verifying all permit details, locations, and contractor contacts prior to taking business action.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, formatting, aggregation algorithms, and code associated with radar.construction are the property of the platform operators and protected by intellectual property laws. Subscriptions are for personal or internal business use only; redistributing or reselling our reports is strictly prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, radar.construction and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, contracts, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
